Submitting a request through our Site for a property inspection does not constitute a contract for services. An inspection request creates no obligation on either party until a separate written agreement for restoration services is executed. All inspection requests are subject to scheduling availability and geographic service area limitations.

CJ Restoration is a licensed Class B general contractor in the State of Colorado. We are not attorneys, public adjusters, or insurance professionals.
